Privacy Policy

LeadFunnel is made by Smobile Factory. It schedules posts to your social accounts and counts the clicks, leads and sales that come from them. This policy explains what we keep and why.

What we keep about you

• Your email address and name, from Sign in with Apple or Google, to sign you in.
• For each social account you connect: its name, profile link and the sign-in tokens the network gives us. Tokens are encrypted and used only to publish the posts you schedule and to read your account name.
• The posts, photos and videos you schedule, and the links and lead pages you make.

What we keep about people who click your links

• For each click: the time, the kind of device (iPhone, Android or computer), the approximate city and country from the network address, and the site they came from. We don’t keep the IP address. To count unique visitors we keep a one-way code of the address and browser that changes every day.
• What someone types into your lead page (for example name, email, phone, message), which is shared only with your business.
• If your website uses our snippet, which link brought the visitor, kept in their browser for 30 days, and the results your site reports (such as a sign-up or a sale amount).

If you collect leads with LeadFunnel, you are responsible for telling your visitors how you use their information.

Who else sees it

We never sell data or show ads. We use service providers to run LeadFunnel: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), and Stripe (website) or Apple (iPhone app) for payments. When you publish, your post goes to the network you chose (X, Reddit or YouTube) under that network’s own terms.

Deleting data

You can disconnect any social account, archive links and remove teammates at any time. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings → Delete account (on the website or in the iPhone app), or email us. Google user data is used only to sign you in and to upload to YouTube, following the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Children

LeadFunnel is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
