Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Smobile Factory for using LeadFunnel.

Your content and accounts

• You own what you post. You let us store it and send it to the networks you choose, only to provide the service.
• You must follow each network’s rules (X, Reddit, YouTube) and the law, including spam, advertising and privacy laws. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to post.
• Networks can change or limit their services at any time; we can’t promise every post will be published.

Not allowed

Spam, misleading or illegal content, collecting people’s information without telling them, or trying to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew each month until canceled. On the web, cancel in Settings; in the iPhone app, cancel in your Apple account settings. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal.

No warranty

LeadFunnel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Using LeadFunnel after a change means you accept it. These terms follow the laws of California.
